Hi Grace! thanks for your positive feedback. I use cannon 450D which is one of the older models (there are better EOS cameras on the market at the moment). The lens is an f1.2 50mm Cannon - which is not a cheap lens, but highly recommend (I always advise people to invest more money into a lens rather than a camera as it makes a bigger difference to your images).
I am a professional retoucher and most of my images are processed in Photoshop, so colours you see are achieved not only by the lens or camera.

I use a canon 400D (even older) and a 50mm 1.4 lens........ you can tell the difference even between mine and your lens, totally agree about the lens, and now I am lusting after yours! I have access to photoshop but it totally baffles me at the moment - on my to do list though. Your job sounds great and I really adore your pictures x
